Custom homes built by Sudon Brothers

Every plan starts with your land and how you live

The homes above don't share floor plans. Each began with a site visit and a conversation about how the family lives, then went to an architect for illustrated plans the owners could change before anything was built.

How we design and build
“A set of illustrated plans was prepared and we were able to make changes to suit our needs.”
Fred, homeowner
“Sudon Brothers worked very close with us during the construction phase and allowed us to incorporate our own personal touch to many items that many builders would not allow.”
Richard & Mary Chisholm
